Joinery Systems Architecture
We model the entire joinery stack before a single cut is planned — from joint selection and grain orientation to the tooling path and test fit. Our architecture documents specify tolerances in thousandths, define the clamping strategy for every assembly, and lay out the exact order of glue ups so that each face is square when it leaves the bench.
Workshop Platform Integration
A shop only performs as well as its workholding. We integrate the bench platform, the dust collection spine, the lighting grid, and the machine islands into a single co ordinated floor plan so every station feeds the next. The result is a room that keeps a maker in the flow.
Custom Fabrication Development
Bespoke jigs, fixtures, and small production tooling are developed through iterative prototyping. We design the reference surfaces, the stops, and the registration pins that make repeatability automatic, then we cut and test the prototype against real stock so the production run does not surprise anyone.
Materials Data Pipelines
Lumber is never a steady input. We build data pipelines that track moisture content, grain figure, and yield from the lumber rack to the finished panel, so that your sourcing, your cutlist, and your estimates all speak from the same ledger. Every board earns its place in the stack.
Shop Safety and Compliance
Guarding, dust management, sharp tooling, and clean walkways are designed into the room rather than tacked on later. We run audits of extraction, machine guarding, and chemical storage, and we write the standard operating procedures that keep a busy shop both lawful and unhurried.
Managed Operations and Support
After handover we stay beside the work. We offer scheduled sharpening and tuning rounds, fixture inspection, process reassessment, and on call support so the bench runs through the busy seasons without grinding to a stop on a dull edge or a mis registered fence.
